We do not operate a retail store in Columbia.
We do offer a service counter to facilitate local repairs and parts pickup.

If you need local service or parts, please call ahead to setup a work order - this will speed up your service tremendously.
We offer system consultation by appointment only. Please call to make an appointment- -there is a charge for consultation.

LOCAL SYSTEM SUPPORT
We DO NOT provide installation, setup or software support.
For software and user support, we recommend Mr. Mac, a local on-site service company dedicated to helping local Mac users.
We can provide certified consultants for system consultation - please call to make an appointment.

For technical support, we recommend Apple’s Support site.


LOCAL SYSTEM SALES

Pricing shown on our website is discounted 15% from our retail pricing. Retail/in-store pricing does not qualify for this discount.
If you choose to schedule an in-store consultation with a certified consultant, order in-store, or pick up your purchase from our facility, you will be charged retail pricing.

Personnel at the service counter are not available for system consultation. We will be happy to arrange a consultation appointment for you, if you wish to purchase a system.

Sales consultation or technical support is available by appointment, at the rate of $50/half-hour. If you would like consultation, and choose to purchase a system, we will credit $20 of the consultation towards your purchase.

In-store orders must be prepaid, and may take up to 48 hours to be processed and prepared. You will be notified when your order is ready.
If you need same-day service, please ask about the RUSH service option in order to expedite preparation of your order.

LOCAL SOFTWARE & SYSTEM SERVICE

STANDARD REPAIR SERVICE: ($50/SYSTEM/VISIT)

Local drop-off repairs which are not pre-scheduled may take 48-72 hours to inspect and diagnose. Repairs may take an additional 48hrs to complete (depending upon the nature of the repair). The diagnosis fee of $50 is applied to standard labor/installation fees.

RUSH REPAIR SERVICE: ($100/SYSTEM/VISIT)

RUSH service will ensure that your system is evaluated and repaired within 24 hours (on applicable repairs). If parts are in stock and we are able to confirm the repair with you, we will have the system completed same-day on repairs and services which are applicable.

Returns
In-store purchases will incur a 20% restocking fee ABOVE normal restocking fees.. Custom-configured systems (ie., systems with added RAM, modules, or sealed accessories) will incur an additional $50 restocking fee per system. Refunds may take up to 12 days to process.
