| *Please note: We wholeheartedly recommend that you send
your Titanium in to our shop for repair. The LCD
assembly of a Titanium is bonded together, and is
impossible to dissassemble completely without the
use of specialized equipment. This is NOT a do-it-yourself
project, even for the most trained computer technician.
We have invested in the proper equipment to do this
repair, and are able to replace your LCD without
damaging your casing. Do NOT attempt to dissassemble
it if you plan to send it to us-the titanium skin
is very sensitive and will scratch very easily.
There are other websites giving "instructions" to
do it yourself--these result in PERMANENT damage
to your laptop. We often have to replace parts after
others have tried these "instructions"--save yourself
the agony and extra cost! |
