System Grading

We grade each system on asthetics, for issues such as screen blemishes, case markes, cracking or alignment issues. ALL of our systems are fully guaranteed against all physical issues; each system has passed all tests and are all warranted equally.

Grade A: Systems have no screen issues, case is fully intact (no cracks, no breaks). Will have only minimal wear marks - less than usual wear. 60 day warranty against any mechanical issue.

Grade B: Systems have minimal blemishes and scratches. Case is fully intact with possible surface spider cracks. Will have average wear marks and scuffs. 60 day warranty against any mechanical issue. This will be comparable to most of our competitors' "Grade A" systems. (we supply many other web companies with Macs - so we're pretty familiar with how they look!)

Grade C: Systems have minor key marks or blemishes. Case is intact but will have small hairline cracks or blemishses. Will have wear marks. 60 day warranty against any mechanical issue.
